Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • A refund request is raised within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The user has accessed less than 20% of the purchased course content.
  • The request is submitted through our official support channel at support@kitecareers.com with a valid reason.
  • The purchase was made directly through www.kitecareers.com and not through any third-party platform or reseller.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The refund request is raised after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or consumed.
  • The course was purchased at a discounted, promotional, or bundled price.
  • The user has already received a certificate of completion for the course.
  • The request is made for change of mind after substantial course access.
  • Purchases made using referral credits, reward points, or gift vouchers.
  • Live sessions, workshops, or webinars that have already been attended.
  • Subscriptions that have been partially or fully utilised during the billing period.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to support@kitecareers.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Registered Email]".
  2. Include your full name, registered email address, order/transaction ID, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
  4. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Processing & Timeline

Once a refund is approved, MPKI KITECAREER LLP will initiate the refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Any transaction charges, convenience fees, or gateway charges levied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Course Access After Refund

Upon approval and processing of a refund, your access to the purchased course, materials, and any associated resources will be immediately revoked. Any certificates, downloads, or content obtained during the access period must not be used or distributed further.

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be provided for the unused portion of an active subscription period.

Technical Issues & Service Failures
